Spring 2025 housing fees are now posted. The payment deadlines are as follows:
- New Incoming Residents: Payment must be posted no later than January 16, 2025.
- Returning Residents: Payment must be posted no later than February 7, 2025.
Alternatively, you can set up a payment plan with a minimum of 20% down. For detailed instructions, visit our Rates & Payments page.
You can set up a payment plan starting as early as December 4, 2024. The plan will be divided into equal payments based on the month you submit it. For example, if you set up your payment plan in November, it will be divided into 6 monthly payments. If you start the plan in December, it will be divided into 5 payments, and so on. Please note that payments are due on the 22nd of each month. Late fees will be charged monthly for missed deadlines. If residents miss more than 2 deadlines, there is a possibility they will be asked to move out.
